Lydia is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner since 2009 and a Certified Athletic Therapist from 1996-2016 in the field of physical rehabilitation. She was the Head Athletic Therapist at the Humber College Sports Injuries Clinic since October 2003 until 2010 when she resigned from her position to open her own practice.
Her practice includes patients with acute sports injuries, concussions, vestibular dysfunction, tinnitus, complex regional pain syndrome, TMJ dysfunction, and chronic pain. She loves treating the family unit, especially newborns and children helping with a number of medical issues such as inability to latch, reflux in infants,sleep issues, constipation, digestive issues, recurrent ear infections, joint mobility problems, plagiocephaly, and infant colic and irritability.
She continues to take professional development courses in concussions, back and neck pain, pregnancy, and pediatrics just to name a few.
